This rosé has been produced by cold soaking Merlot juice on its skins overnight to provide a touch of red colour without extracting any harsh tannin. The juice was then fermented at low temperatures in a stainless steel tank to give a fresh, fruit driven style.

    A vibrant lifted nose of plums and cherry with hints of spice.


    Initial flavours of raspberry and blackcurrant lead to a spicy rounded mid palate and with a crisp fresh finish


    This wine will improve with up to 5 years careful cellaring. The use of screw cap technology is critical to the longevity of this wine.
